AUK Funeral Celebrancy 6th/7th June 2026

This is a comprehensive two day intensive course, that provides you with knowledge and skills to confidently begin funeral celebrant practice. As well as considering key theoretic ideas, you will develop a logical step-by-step process to plan, write, deliver and reflect on a funeral service. The workshop will introduce you to key knowledge and skills. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to develop these through targeted on-line assignments.

  7. Describe a step-by-step process from booking to post-ceremony reflection
  8. Demonstrate effective client interviewing skills
  9. Identify health and safety requirements

  11. Discuss self-care
  12. Interview a grieving family
  13. Write funeral services
  14. Deliver a funeral service
